Happy new year, everyone
So my work is mysteriously closed tonight. I went there at 6, ready to work tonight, and the doors were locked and all the lights were off - and I don't think it said we were supposed to be closed today. Hmmmm....
New year's resolution for 2006 - obtain one of the following shirts:

11:22 pm - The chief export of Chuck Norris is pain Ruth, how you got into my LJ with those pictures I will never know, but kudos to you. I have officially been owned.
Emerson audition was Saturday. I think it went pretty well, but I guess we'll see in 11 days, eh?
The "On the Beach" movie is a landmark of cinematic gold. Almost done with it, just throwing in the last few of Sean's "Warriors" references.
AYLI's creeping the fuck up - wow. But it should be a good show. Come see it.
Bah. Current Mood: contemplative

I'm fucking done with my civics project. DONE! I'm gonna walk into school tomorrow and hand in my project and go "Here's the monkey off my back, Mr. LaChappelle", and he'll go "Thank you for your back-monkey, Ian, it's much appreciated", and my life will be better.
Except I have to make up all the physics stuff I missed when I was gone. I hate physics. I wish my science class was more like this. Then my life would be much better. Current Mood: accomplished

what an awful day.
i'm failing my internship? what? and it's entirely my fault? really?
what's that mom? you think i'm wasting my talents because i'm lazy and do worthless things?
you think i'm not gonna get into college because i'm not as smart or competent as my other friends?
well that's cool. i love you too. you go and take the SATs until you get a perfect 2400, and become an amazing pianist that practices every hour of the fucking day just so people will talk about how talented and original you are, and be the fucking valedictorian, and do all those things i'm just not living up to do for you. and stop living your fucking life through me.
FUCK.

01:55 am Foreigner auditions today - it felt good to be reading from a script again after 2 months.
Next Monday there's a Labor Day party down at my grandparents - all are welcome.
Started really thinking about college today. It was weird. I printed out a couple applications, and I had a sudden urge to just fill them all out and send them all in. I kept thinking about the city at work today. It's died down now. I don't know what came over me. Strange.
